Frequently Asked Questions
Restaurant Hours of Operation
Q: Can I pick up an order earlier than 11:00am or later than closing time?
A: We can usually accommodate pick up times as early as 10:00am-10:30am or as late as 15 minutes past closing upon request. Prior notice and approval is required for either of these cases.
Q: Are you open on Sundays?
A: Yes! Sunday hours are the same as our regular hours, 11AM – 5PM!
Q: What is the parking situation at your location?
A: There is a small parking lot just to the north of our building. We validate for one hour! As you pull into the driveway, please let the parking attendant know you are going to Feast From The East. Metered street parking is also available (subject to restrictions noted on street signage).
Q: Do you have gluten-free dishes?
A: When possible, we can make an effort to prepare certain dishes without gluten-containing ingredients; however, we are unable to prepare “gluten-free” dishes as defined by the FDA. Please contact us if you have concerns about gluten in any of our menu items.
Q: How can I find out if a dish contains ingredients to which I am sensitive or allergic?
A: Allergens are present in our kitchen and dishes are prepared using shared equipment. Please call us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.
Q: Do you serve alcohol?
A: Yes we offer imported and craft beers.
Delivery & Takeout
Q: Do you take credit cards over the phone?
Q: Do you deliver?
A: YES! Delivery service within a two mile radius is $5.00 (does not include tip for driver). Beyond two miles we charge $1.00 per mile. $20 minimum purchase. On-Demand Delivery Hours are: 11:00a–2:30p and 5:00p–8:30p. We can usually accommodate deliveries for any time if you give us at least 48 hours notice.
Q: How long does the Chinese Chicken Salad last in the refrigerator?
A: Normally our salads will last a day in the refrigerator as long as the dressing, wonton strips, sesame seeds, and almonds are packed separately and have not been mixed in yet.
Q: How do I reheat the Sesame Chicken Wings after being refrigerated?
A: For best results, use an oven preheated to 250°F and cook the chicken wings for 15-20 minutes. Because oven temperatures vary, it’s important to check the chicken after 10 minutes and continue reheating accordingly until crisp.
Q: Do you take reservations?
A: No. We are a quick-service restaurant and our dining room usage is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: Can I reserve a room for a private party?
A: We do not have a dedicated private room for parties, but we do allow small parties of up to 10-12 persons to occupy the entire smaller dining room upon request. Prior notice and approval is required.
