Frequently Asked Questions

Parking

Q: What is the parking situation at your location?

A: There is metered street parking (subject to restrictions noted on street signage) and a small parking lot just to the north of our building. As of July 1, 2018, parking is no longer free, even with a validation.  As you pull into the driveway, please let the parking attendant know you are going to Feast From The East.

Menu

Q: Do you have gluten-free dishes?

A: When possible, we can make an effort to prepare certain dishes without gluten-containing ingredients; however, we are unable to prepare “gluten-free” dishes as defined by the FDA. Please contact us if you have concerns about gluten in any of our menu items.

Q: How can I find out if a dish contains ingredients to which I am sensitive or allergic?

A: Trace amounts of all common allergens are present in our kitchen and, therefore, are present in most of our dishes. Please call us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you serve alcohol?

A: Yes we offer macrobrew beers like Asahi and Sapporo and a rotating selection of local microbrew craft beers.

Delivery & Takeout

Q: Do you take credit cards over the phone?

A: NO.  Please place your order online if you need to prepay with a credit card:  CLICK HERE TO ORDER ONLINE

Q: Do you deliver?

A: YES! We are with most major Third Party Delivery services. We also offer in house catering delivery. Our hours are 11:30a–5p. We can usually accommodate deliveries outside of normal hours if you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Q: How long does the Chinese Chicken Salad last in the refrigerator?

A: Normally our salads will last a day in the refrigerator as long as the dressing, wonton strips, sesame seeds, and almonds are packed separately and have not been mixed in yet.

Q: How do I reheat the Sesame Chicken Wings after being refrigerated?

A: For best results, we do not recommend fully reheating our Sesame Chicken since this would result in cooking the chicken twice. If reheating is required, please only “re-crisp” our Sesame Chicken wings in a preheated oven or toaster.

Dine-In

Q: Do you take reservations?

A: No. We are a quick-service restaurant and our dining room usage is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Can I reserve a room for a private party?

A: We do not have a dedicated private room for parties.
